Refund & Cancellation Policy
Industry Integrated Career Platform is a private professional-training provider only. All fees are for skill-enhancement programmes, not for UGC/AICTE degrees or diplomas.
72-Hour Cooling-Off
Full refund if you cancel within 72 hours of payment and have not logged into the learning portal.
Pro-Rata Refund
If ≤ 10 % of digital content is accessed, you may claim a refund minus 10 % administrative charge.
No Refund Thereafter
Once more than 10 % of the course is consumed, or after 30 days from enrolment, no refund is permissible.
GST & Processing
Refunds are processed excluding GST paid to the government; credit to original payment mode within 10 working days.
Dispute resolution is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Jurisdiction: Courts at pcmc, Maharashtra only.
